• Fees are subject to an additional provincial tax for Canadian registrations.
• International registrations do not attract such taxes.

Making Payment

• Once you have submitted your registration, you will receive an invoice with any applicable taxes.
• With that invoice you’ll then have the option to pay by credit card at that time or by electronic bank transfer (EFT – details below).

Cancellation policy

• All conference fees will be refunded up until August 29, 2022 – two days before the conference begins on August 31.
• No refunds will be possible after August 29, 2022.
• A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged for virtual cancellations to cover administrative costs after August 17.
